Refund Policy
We review genuine rental-access problems fairly and work first to restore access. If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved, you can choose the eligible refund method that suits you.
When a refund can be requested
A refund request may be eligible when the supplied rental account has a verified issue, including:
- The supplied username or password is incorrect.
- The rental account is still active on another computer and cannot be made available for your session.
- The selected tool is under maintenance or unavailable during your rental period.
- The rented account has another confirmed technical issue that prevents the advertised access.
How to request help or a refund
- Contact support as soon as the issue appears.
- Send your order code, the tool name, a screenshot of the visible issue, and a short description of what happened.
- Allow us to check the account, tool availability, and session status. We may restore access, replace the account, or confirm the issue for refund.
- Once approved, choose a credit to your USD wallet or a crypto refund if the original payment route and provider allow it.

Important limits
Refund eligibility depends on a verified service-side issue. We cannot approve a refund for issues caused by an incompatible device, an unsupported operation, an unstable customer computer or connection, unauthorized use, or failure to follow the provided instructions. Tool compatibility can change with model, chipset, security version, and vendor policy; ask support to confirm compatibility before paying when unsure.
